Zack Rearick is a deep thinker. When you speak with him, it’s not uncommon to notice a pause as he assesses the playing field and begins plotting paths to victory.

His career was forged in the campaign world: in negotiations rooms, on picket lines and in grassroots issue advocacy. This has given him tremendous perspective on the power of strategy, storytelling and stakeholder engagement to move the needle – even in challenging environments. He brings a resourceful, underdog mentality to every account, and he cares deeply about the communities impacted by his work.

Prior to joining #TeamBrian, Zack was Communications and Political Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals, where he led communications strategy and managed political relationships for the fastest-growing healthcare membership organization in the state. He previously served as Communications Director for the Fair Trade Federation, a national association of brands committed to sustainable and equitable trade, and spent several years developing campaign strategy and member-facing communications for one of the largest multi-sector unions in North America.

Zack is a graduate of Allegheny College and earned a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Equally happy with a book or a barbell, he enjoys reading, writing and functional fitness. He lives in Plymouth Meeting and splits his heart between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
